Services

At Dancing Cheetahs, my goal is facilitating your personal freedom by guiding you to discover the "iterative life", a life lived one perfect moment at a time. My clients are people who have open minds and want to experience joyful, creative, lives, relationships and careers. My primary tool is The Work of Byron Katie.

My experience is that depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress, and suffering of all kinds are the result of believing stressful thoughts. They are not the result of "what happened to you" in the outside world, but rather the thoughts, beliefs and stories you tell yourself about these events. This is very good news, because you don't have to change anyone or anything else to live a happy, fulfilled, peaceful life.

I use The Work to guide you through identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause you suffering. This gentle, self-paced process can eliminate fear, depression and confusion, resolve conflicts, enhance relationships, and enable open, honest and trusting communication. Addictions, obsessions, control, anger, and other limiting behaviors may gradually, and sometimes suddenly, release their hold.

Most people who use The Work regularly experience increased clarity and creativity in their lives and work and discover a life of joy, love, gratitude, and inner peace. This does not mean never having a painful or stressful thought again, but rather learning how to meet these thoughts with love and understanding and discover the gift hidden within.

The Dancing Cheetahs approach works for open-minded individuals, couples, families and businesses. It is gentle, flexible, empowering, and customized to your needs. I am available for individual consultations as well as workshops and groups. My services are available in person, by phone, or by video-conference to clients anywhere in the world.

My husband, Will Thompson, a graduate of the School for the Work, a former technology manager, and a current photographer, sometimes assists with workshops and events.

Dancing Cheetahs is in the process of becoming a non-profit and I hope to be able to offer additional services soon.

I invite you to join the dance!
